Two types of AWARENESS

Awareness can be seen as:

1️⃣Conceptual

The thinking, rational and logical.


2️⃣Embodied

What is your body below the neck feeling? What are the sensations?


Before we can grow and change we need to be aware of where we are right now.


I use both with coaching clients.


To help them reveal their hidden blind spots do they can honestly see their current reality.


Many people say with their logical brain 🧠

“All is fine”

The body doesn’t lie!

That is why we have Gut Feelings about things.


Knowing honestly where you are now is the most important starting point to being able to create the career/ life/ relationships/ impact on the world/ home, you dream of.
